Southwest Safety Consulting (SSC) is a trusted provider of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training and consultancy services. We specialize in delivering comprehensive HSE consulting tailored to our clients’ needs. Backed by a team of seasoned professionals, we have extensive experience in high-risk industries, focusing on serving the oil and gas and construction sectors.
Our company values revolve around ensuring that our clients are never just a number; we maintain close working relationships with them, adopting a 360-degree approach to safety. We are dedicated to helping lower incident statistics for our clients and contribute to the overall safety of our community through our consulting services and educational courses.

What We’re Looking For:
As we expand, we’re eager to find candidates with strengths or backgrounds in areas like marketing, sales, and administration. This position is the perfect opportunity for post-secondary students on break or anyone looking to gain valuable experience in an administrative background.
Basic administrative roles and responsibilities generally sought include:
- Ability to pivot from task to task effectively
- Management of priorities and deadlines
- Openness to learning new programs and software
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Completion of assigned tasks as needed, including but not limited to data entry, scheduling, and supporting team projects
